The 'Guide to Positively Managing Arthritis' has advice on exercises that can strengthen muscles and measures to better protect the joints. It also has useful tips on keeping a positive mindset and advice on diet and nutrition. A medication health record helps you to manage medications and to keep your arthritis in control. There is also advice on complementary medicines and nutritional supplements. Download your Guide to Positively Managing Arthritis.
The 'Arthritis Action Plan' can be developed in consultation with your doctor to help set goals, maintain medication and manage pain more effectively.
Members who join one of our Positive Health Programs will also able to use MBF Private Access - a telephone-based support service staffed by registered nurses.
