The MBF Diabetes Management Program for adults with diabetes or the parents of children with diabetes provides tools to manage the condition and improve your wellbeing. Included is a special brochure - 'Your Guide to Positively Managing Diabetes' - that comes with 'The Diabetes Action Plan' and 'Personal Health Record'. Also offered is a free 12-month membership to Diabetes Australia.

'Your Guide to Positively Managing Diabetes' has advice on maintaining a healthier lifestyle, provides information on complementary therapies and has guidelines for diabetes medicine management. Download your Guide to Positively Managing Diabetes.

Having a written 'Diabetes Action Plan' developed with your doctor can reduce the long-term complications of diabetes and can also help you to gauge how well your medicines and your lifestyle changes are working.

The 'Personal Health Record' helps you monitor your medication and plan for regular health checks with your doctor. Download your Diabetes Personal Health Record.

Members who join one of our Positive Health Programs will also able to use MBF Private Access - a telephone-based support service staffed by registered nurses.
