The Standard Information Statements (SIS) have been introduced as part of the recent Private Health Insurance reforms. They are in a set format that is designed to enable consumers to compare products from different health funds.
To view the Standard Information Statement for a particular product, please choose your scale, state, product and excess level from the lists below.
The Standard Information Statements can also be obtained via www.privatehealth.gov.au.
