How to make a claim online

Our online claims service is a quick and convenient way for you to claim on selected extras from home or work, where you have paid the provider in full for the services. In many instances you’ll receive fast payment into your bank account within three business days. Of course claiming is subject to the standard conditions of your cover including Waiting Periods and Limits.

It's a really straightforward process:

  • Login or Register with myMBF from the home page of this site.
  • Grab your receipts and provider details
  • Fill in the online form. There's five easy steps to submit your claim.
  • In many instances, once submitted, it typically takes 3 business days for the money to go back into your bank account.
  • Remember to keep your receipts in safe place- we may need to verify these later down the track. More about receipts
