About myMBF
myMBF, previously known as MBF Member Self Service, is your personalised member area. It's designed to help you easily access your cover information, submit claims for selected extras, and make the most of your membership with health and lifestyle offers, medical information and tools to test how healthy you are.
Are you already registered for MBF Member Self Service?
If you've already registered for MBF Member Self Service prior to 27 July 2007, you're automatically able to log into myMBF. Simply use your existing login details - your membership number and password.
Although the name has changed, you can still access all the services you're familiar with. If you are the primary member, you can continue to check your remaining Limits, download tax statements and pay your premiums online.
What's new?
- Online Claims: Where you have paid the provider in full for the service, you can now claim for selected extra's online like dental, optical, physiotherapy and chiropractic. It's a quick and convenient way for you to claim from home or at work and in many instances you'll receive payment into your bank account within five business days. Of course claiming is subject to the standard conditions of your cover including waiting periods and limits.
- Tools like our Health and Lifestyle Assessment let you test how healthy you are.
- You can bookmark your favourite articles for easy reference.
- Couples and Family policy members can now register for access to our tools and articles.
- You can personalise your login - although you can login with your membership number today, you can change this to an easy-to-remember username if you'd prefer.

- Access us anytime! Keep your personal details up to date, and if you're the primary member check your remaining Limits and pay your premiums - 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- All your important health documents are in the one place. Primary Members can review tax statements and past claims, and all members can quickly download claim forms.
- Manage your health and wellbeing. Get more from your membership with the latest health and medical articles, special member offers and tools to test how healthy you really are.
