Hospital cover

All levels of MBF hospital cover help pay for in-patient hospital-related treatments where Medicare pays a benefit, providing standard conditions including waiting periods are met.

• 

  MBF Budget Hospital

  If you're fit, young and healthy and not planning to have children you can save with a lower premium. Excludes some services not relevant to your stage of life.

• 

  MBF Standard Hospital

  For the young and healthy, MBF Standard Hospital pays for most in-patient hospital treatments. Excludes some services not relevant to your stage of life.

• 

  MBF Advantage Hospital

  If you would like hospital cover that doesn't exclude any specific services or treatments and there is no Excess or Co-payment for any children covered by your membership who are admitted to hospital.

• 

  MBF Premium Hospital

  Our highest level of hospital cover. You'll receive special benefits and you won't need to pay an Excess or Co-payment for day surgery procedures.
