This place would fail without good staff. As an organisation, we have no problem insuring our plant, our cars. And we have service agreements for computers, cars and equipment. But when do we really invest that much in our staff?
Unlike most funds, MBF was interested in preventive care. I was impressed by their 'bed-side manner' and comfortable that they would respect the confidentiality of each staff member, which was crucially important in getting staff acceptance. MBF was also able to come up with a plan that suited the entire team, from 18 to 56-year-olds.
