myMBF

What can I do in myMBF

You can update your details and access a wide range of medical information, articles and tools like our Health and Lifestyle Assessment. If you're the Primary Member (see below), you can also check your remaining Limits, pay your premiums, download tax statements and access membership information.

Who is the Primary Member?

The Primary Member is the person who has legal responsibility for the membership and for ensuring that the premiums are kept up-to-date. This person will have the right to add or remove others from the membership and access information about claims made on the membership.

Can I use my existing MBF Member Self Service login to access myMBF?

Yes. If you've already registered for MBF Member Self Service prior to 27 July 2007, you're automatically able to log into myMBF. Simply use your existing login details - your membership number and password. Once you log in, you can easily change your membership number to an easy-to-remember username if you'd prefer.

Who can register for myMBF?

Anyone who is covered by MBF private health insurance (except for Emergency Ambulance Cover or Overseas Visitors Cover) may register for myMBF.

I can't find Health Assistance - does it still exist?

Yes. Health Assistance is now called Using your Health Insurance. You can still search medical information and get help understanding your medical bills and preparing for hospital in this section.
