We will use your personal information to contact you regarding your CV and in relation to any position that we believe you may be interested in applying for.

If we don't receive the requested information, we will not be able to contact you, review your CV, let you know about any positions that you may be interested in, or assess your suitability for positions we may have available.

In reviewing your CV, there are some circumstances where we may disclose your personal information including:

• to MBF employees who are involved in our recruitment and selection processes; for example, relevant managers and members of Human Resources.
• to recruitment agencies who, from time to time, assist us in our recruitment and selection processes.
• to companies in the MBF Group (comprising MBF Australia Limited and its related entities) who may have positions that are relevant for your skills.
• to other organisations who help us store data, access data or provide services to us.

Some of the organisations and agencies to whom we may disclose your personal information are located outside NSW in other States or Territories in Australia. MBF may send your personal information to them in the course of reviewing your CV (including by transmitting it electronically).

When we do so, they are required to handle your personal information in generally the same way we do. We do everything reasonable to ensure your personal information is kept secure from unauthorised access or disclosure.

Please note, we will do everything reasonable to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and protected from unauthorised access and disclosure. If we do not place you in a position in the MBF Group, your personal information will be kept for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of your CV, after which time it will be destroyed.
