MBF employees enjoy a 50% subsidy on any MBF Corporate Healthlink products. MBF will also reimburse any hospital excess payable up to $250 per person per calendar year.

Employee Assistance Program
To help our employees and their families get through tough times and to keep them fit and well, we’ve set up an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This free service gives staff access to professional counsellors as well as information on a wide range of health and wellbeing topics.
