Sales/Service Consultant
Our Sales/Service Consultants work in our MBF Centres and are critical to MBF's success in attracting new customers and achieving satisfaction by selling our services to existing and potential customers. Outstanding communication skills, the ability to solve problems and achieve results, an enthusiastic commitment to quality service, and a team ethic are essential. A definite advantage is being goal, sales and target-oriented as well as having flexibility regarding the hours you work. Customer Care Consultant
Our Customer Care Consultants deliver a world-standard service experience to MBF customers by promoting and providing superior customer care, through inbound and outbound telephone and email contact. Reporting to the Customer Care Team Manager, you are responsible for resolving customer enquiries and complaints, educating customers on MBF products and services, with a focus on quality service, active customer retention and ensuring customers are offered solutions and options that meet their needs. Candidates ideally have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven service, problem solving and analytical skills and intermediate computer literacy. This role is based in Brisbane. Customer Solutions Consultant
Reporting to the Customer Solutions Team Manager, the Customer Solutions Consultant operates within a dynamic sales and service environment and is responsible for actively acquiring new customers and undertaking targeted campaigns to retain existing customers, through inbound and outbound telephone contact. You are also responsible for utilising strategies to build new business and retain existing customers, with a focus on quality service and ensuring customers are offered solutions and options that meet their needs. Ideal candidates have excellent customer service and sales skills, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with emphasis on listening, negotiation and influencing, and proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
